赵堡太极发劲演习
内功三樁法
第一次没化劲所以对手很容易把我推开,
第二次把对手的力松到地下推不动了,
第三段再用丹田重心球把对方打出去。
此履劲分作三次,第一段是小履,走的不远,
第二段是中履,走的比较远一点,
第三次是大履,走的最远。
